Bethany Friesenhahn
Research Specialist

Born in San Antonio TX, Bethany is a Research Specialist who completed her undergrad studies as a wildlife major at TAMUK in 2013. Shortly after Bethany graduated from TAMUK, she began working for Texas A&M Natural Resource Institute in 2014, as an extension assistant on Camp Bullis/ Joint Base San Antonio working with endangered species, cave surveys, hunting programs, and feral hog control. In February of 2018 Bethany joined the CKWRI, where she currently coordinates with USDA APHIS WS and landowners on feral hog control and research, specifically in relation to agriculture through use of GPS satellite collars and drones to monitor crop damage.
