Impact of Feral Swine on the Fate of Artificial Turkey Nests


Heather was born and raised in rural southern Iowa. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Ecology from Iowa State University in 2014. Currently, she is working towards her Master’s degree in Range and Wildlife Management at Texas A&M University - Kingsville. Her Master’s research focuses on the response of feral swine to the seasonal availability of wild turkey nests and their impact on nest success.
