Born and raised in Laredo, Texas, Kimberly received her bachelor's in Animal Science at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2022. During her time as an undergrad, she assisted in multiple research opportunities within the College of Ag and various volunteer opportunities with CKWRI. Kimberly was a part of the first Drone Wave cohort which then grew her appreciation for drone studies and its relationship with range and wildlife research. Kimberly is now working towards her master's in Range and Wildlife Management.
