Cecilia has begun her career with the CKWRI as one of our Purchasing Specialists in October 2020 and in March 2022 she became the Business Coordinator III. She graduated from Texas A&M University – Kingsville with a B.S. in Range and Wildlife Management. She is responsible for manages the internal sub-accounts as the Lead Accountant. Cecilia is a native of Ricardo and is married to John, together they have three dogs and several livestock animals.
