Ocelot and bobcat kitten survival and den site selection in South Texas
Serving Since

Tori grew up in a small town in Ohio. From a young age, she had a strong desire to work with small wild cats. After she graduated with her B.S. in 2015 from The Ohio State University, she worked across the US on numerous projects with a variety of small carnivore species including spotted and striped skunk, raccoon, opossum, gray fox, bobcat, and ocelot. Tori earned her M.S. from Texas A&M University – Kingsville in 2025, where her research centered on ocelot survival and toxicity-related threats to survival in South Texas. She is excited to continue her education as a Ph.D. student with CKWRI at Texas A&M University – Kingsville, where her research will focus on estimating kitten survival and investigating den site selection of ocelots and bobcats.
